It has excellent wear resistance, with a surface hardness of D75-D85 on the Shore scale, and is scratch and wear resistant. It does not fluff easily after long-term use.

The key protective properties are upgraded with weather resistance. The gel coat layer can block ultraviolet rays, rain and snow erosion, and is not easy to fade, crack or yellow.

More comprehensive corrosion resistance, the gel coat layer and the substrate work together, can withstand acid, alkali, salt spray, hot and humid and other harsh environment.

Excellent waterproof and moisture resistance, the gel coat layer is dense and poreless, no water absorption, no leakage, suitable for high humidity scenarios.

The basic physical properties continue the FRP characteristics of light weight and high strength, with a density of 1.5-2.1g/cm³ and a strength close to steel but a lighter weight, which is convenient for installation.

Good toughness, strong impact resistance, not easy to crack, can adapt to slight deformation without damage.

Good thermal stability, suitable temperature range-40℃ to 130℃, low thermal expansion coefficient, small deformation.

Some products feature customizable flame retardant ratings (UL94 V-0) and antibacterial functions, designed to meet specific application requirements.

Flexible molding, can produce large size, irregular plate, surface can be matte, high gloss or anti-slip treatment.
