The density of fiberglass flat plates is only 1/4-1/5 of that of steel. Replacing traditional steel cabin plates can significantly reduce the body weight. When the vehicle load limit remains unchanged, the actual cargo carrying capacity can be increased while reducing fuel consumption (especially for long-distance freight vehicles, the economic advantages are obvious).
2. Resistant to corrosion and wear, extending the life of the car
• For vehicles transporting corrosive goods (such as chemical raw materials, seawater products, pesticides, etc.), fiberglass flat plates have excellent acid and alkali resistance and salt spray resistance, which can avoid leakage of the carriage and structural damage caused by corrosion and rust of metal plates, greatly extend the service life of the carriage and reduce maintenance costs.
